Our mission
The Finger Lakes Falcons Travel Baseball Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Horseheads, NY. We are dedicated to fostering the athletic and personal development of youth baseball players from the Southern Tier of New York and the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania. Our mission is to provide a competitive, process-driven, development-focused, environment that emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Through high-quality leadership, community engagement, and a commitment to player development, we aim to empower young athletes to reach their full potential both on and off the field. We believe true success is measured not by trophies, but by the progress of every player.

The Finger Lakes Falcons are proud to announce a groundbreaking achievement: as the first official Trosky Training Center in the United States.
This distinction places our program at the forefront of elite player development, giving our athletes unparalleled access to the world-renowned training methods of Nate Trosky, one of baseball’s most respected infield and player development experts in the world.
