The Falcons are excited to welcome Ryan Scott as the new head coach for the 16U (2028) and 18U (2027/2026) teams for the 2025-2026 season.
Ryan is a former college standout at Mansfield University and a current Elmira College assistant coach. Ryan is known for both his performance and leadership on the field. Coach Scott is ready to bring his knowledge and passion for the game to the Falcons.
