Overview
The Falcons are excited to launch the first comprehensive Trosky Trained facility in the nation.
The Falcons are taking “Trained” to a new level by integrating the facility with physical and mental skills training. It’s a lifestyle creator in three ways:
Daily — Reps on the 365 training app shape thinking and decision-making. Academic, mental and baseball growth one incremental rep at a time. Complete player development, from your son’s perspective, will also make for great dinner-time conversations.
Weekly — 50-unique Tuesday night classes (live/recorded). Topics range from elite field training, to the recruiting landscape, and so much more. Winter strength training is one of the late ’25 classes I’m looking forward to. We meet each week to share and discuss the timely and important.
Facility Integration – Daily in-person group training with visuals, combined with progressions for specific strength and skills rival the methodical prep of college programs.
